Processing on orders take 1-14 business days. Monday through Friday, weekends not included or holidays. Larger or customized orders MAY take longer. Please note that processing starts 24 hours AFTER order is placed.
How Long is Shipping?
After your order is shipped, it takes about 2-5 business days. If your order is delayed, it is because of USPS or your mail carrier, and not in my control.

Unfortunately, no, I do not unless it is through store credit. I'm not responsible for damaged or stolen items. After shipped, I no longer have control or access over your order. If your package is damaged, it was probably because of mishandling of the mail carrier.
I also DO NOT do refunds on E Books or Vendors.
In that case that you do try to ask for a refund, I will send you a picture or copy of this as validation that I DO NOT.
Effective January 1st 2021, all orders will only be refunded through store credit. This goes for orders placed before / on / and after January 1st 2021. This refund policy is available to anyone. How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a tracking number via the email you placed the order with. If you do not receive a tracking number after processing days are over with, PROPERLY contact me to discuss
Once I place my order, how do I know it is successful?

You will receive a conformation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, your order was not successful.
EVERY ORDER gets an order number and email, if you did not receive either and you "claimed" to have purchase, I must see legitimate proof including transactions & statements.
Why does my Order Say Pre-Shipment?

it can mean:
- The package could still be in the seller's possession.
- The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
- The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned.
- The package could be stolen/lost/misplaced.
