In order to receive a refund, you must use the link below to request a refund.

If you have already received the product, it must be sent back in exchange for STORE CREDIT

  • Refunds are ONLY made through the payment type used for store credit. 
  • No refunds via Quadpay. If you paid with Quadpay, please contact us for additional information.
  • No refunds on digital items (ebooks, vendors, etc)
  • Refunds take up to 10 business days via Shopify
  • If your package is in transit, no refund. 

We kindly ask that you be patient after filling the link out. Please remember when putting your order #, it is 4 DIGITS.

Effective January 1st 2021, all orders will only be refunded through store credit. This goes for orders placed before / on / and after January 1st 2021. This refund policy is available to anyone. Prior to January 1st 2021, we had a NO REFUND policy. This is allowing us to give our customers a more understanding and fair choice. Anyone who asks for a refund after January 1 2021 will receive store credit.By purchasing from Bags4baddies LLC , you have agreed and complied to these terms. Again, if you purchased before 1.1.2021 , you agreed to the terms and conditions of no refunds / cancellations. So, if you ask for a refund after 1.1.2021 , store credit will be given. Store Credit can be used to purchase additional items , repurchase, or to gift to someone.
